Abstract :
Since wireless sensor networks(WSN)consist of a large number of tiny with limited power supply, it becomes a major concert that how to maintain sufficient sensing area. To achieve this goal, the three-dimensional covering problem for WSN is studied. First of all, The related problems of 3D covering control algorithm are described in detail; On this basis, proposed a covering control algorithm in 3D heterogeneous WSN based on virtual force; Finally, the simulation results are summarized. The simulation results show that the algorithm is simple, effective and has good performance of coverage.
