Abstract
Current mode analog fuzzy integrated circuits (ICs) and an OTA based mathematical block are used to develop a programmable and modular analog fuzzy controller. This controller has flexibility and accuracy suitable for diverse applications. Programmability is attained through voltage references for the fuzzification circuit and bias currents for the defuzzy heat ion circuits. The fuzzy controller was simulated using an application from MATLAB fuzzy tools, yielding accurate results
