Abstract :
This research paper discusses the challenges of using a new ICT approach to theorise a digital language learning model in the context of language learning. It starts with the introduction of ICT. Then the relateed ICT affordances are explored. After it, a new ICT approach is stated which may be suitable to language learning. Finally, the factors which lead to the outcomes described in the project are abstracted. This framework has been carried for 2 years, following a bottom-up approach to product design. The case exemplifies the challenges of generating an ICT model in a real context in depth.
