Abstract :
As one of the effective dismantlable adhesion method, "the ALLOVER method" for interior construction using induction heating (IH) and thermoplastic adhesive has been proposed. The study of suitable IH coil is most important for complete adhesion and dismantlement of materials, because IH area in metal load becomes mostly adhesion area. In generally a conventional spiral IH coil is applied, but the uniform heating to long steel stud or wide steel plate is inadequately. For these adhesions, we propose the effective coils with three-phase traveling magnetic field. This paper describes for the experiments and analysis of the new IH coils and applications.
