The NMF (Network Management Forum) SMART Ordering Team proposes a service ordering model and identifies different interfaces. While the Ordering Team focuses on the service ordering interfaces between service providers, this paper examines the service ordering interfaces between customer and service provider. In particular, it highlights the operations and information objects used in the interfaces
