Abstract :
Aerobic Denitrifying Effective Micro-organisms were isolated and domesticated by the denitrifying culture medium; the ammonia could be aerobically oxidized to molecular nitrogen with no NO2- and NO3-was accumulated while the 24 hour ammonia nitrogen elimination rate achieves 90.3%. Using the method of PCR-DGGE to analysis the various stages domesticates of the micro-flora structure, when the micro-flora structure have no obviously Changed and the ammonia nitrogen elimination rate was relative stabilization, shows that the domestication stage completes basically. The aerobic denitrifying effective micro-organisms had strongpoints of simple medium components and faster gentrification rate, etc., which has better application fore-ground.
