Study on quality training of senior engineering talents for engineering practices

The essence of modern engineering is application and practice. With development of science and technology, the modern engineering has a closer relation with science and technology, presenting a lot of new traits, which require that talents of engineering and technology should possess more thorough and comprehensive quality based on substantial and extensive theory to meet the needs of modern engineering. This paper explores and summarizes the problems and shortages existent in the quality training of engineering talents in the engineering education of China, and puts forward various methods and approaches of comprehensive quality training of engineering talents for the engineering practices.
