Strategy for vocational training environment construction based on distance education

In response to the new requirements for the industrial workers of industrial upgrading of China, it is one of the problems to be considered by the vocational educators to create a good training environment for cultivating the employability of rural labor force who as one of the main forces of the industrial workers. This paper, from the perspective of improving environmental conditions, proposed a strategy of building vocational training environment based on distance education to promote the employability cultivation of rural labor force.
