Abstract
In this article, bio-contact oxidation process was applied as pretreatment process to constructed wetland for solving clogging, the main problem of constructed wetland. After 50 days test, the work condition was chosen, and the stability of the COD and SS removal rate was examined. The results showed that with the HRT of 6h and aeration concentration of 0.25m3/h, the average removal rate for COD and SS reached 49% and 38% respectively. The goal of retarding the clogging of constructed wetland was achieved.
