Abstract :
In this paper, we present a case study on a real world application, a Facilities Management and Information System (FMIS). The proposed system will enhance oversight on the projects of the Facilities Management Services Unit (FMU) and will facilitate lease cost allocation of the office spaces and facilities under its management. We will discuss requirement analysis and design of the system using UML diagrams such as use cases, object classes, activity, sequence and state machines. A preliminary user interface design and report generation are also given.
