Through construction and analysis of life quality between physical population and non-physical population in college students. It is discovered that physical exercises will improve college students´ life quality, especially for female students. Some methods should also be taken for physical differences between male and female students. Psychological factors may affect other aspects of life and play a major role in enhancing life quality. Therefore, we should cultivate their sense of psychological health, and ameliorate their living conditions for a better life.
