View the building of China´s higher vocational college digital learning resources from the perspective of the status quo of domestic and foreign digital learning resources building

Digital education resource construction has got more and more attention of colleges. But how to carry out vocational education resource construction is still in an exploratory stage. Centered on domestic and international major resources construction projects, the paper analyzes the current situation and development trend of the operation mechanism of resource system, building ways of resources, and application modes of resources, and then puts forward the related proposal of Chinese digital vocational education resources construction in aspects of " vocational education characteristic, resource center, service contents, resource construction ways, metadata description, resource application of teaching" etc.
