Abstract
The design of a good PTAT current reference plays a very important role in the design of bandgap reference circuits. Using a high-swing low-voltage current mirror, a low-voltage high-PSRR current reference circuit is presented. Simulation results of the circuit confirm its proper operation with a low supply voltage of 1.3V within a wide thermal range of -50degC to +130degC. It shows a constant gm value with 0.5% variation in all process corners
