Abstract
The aim of this work is to describe the regulation of hydraulic equipment where the main concern is to maintain a level of water at prescribed points on the river. It turns out that after a simple decoupling, of the system the problem of regulation may be reduced to the robust control of a delayed system. We use realistic simulations to compare modern approaches to controlling such kinds of systems
