This article discussed how to establish firefighting army´s psychological aid emergency system. Firstly, the article introduced the history of China´s psychological aid in emergency rescue. Secondly the article explained the necessity to establish firefighting army´s psychological aid emergency response system. Thirdly, how to establish firefighting army´s psychological aid emergency system was expatiated, which mainly included the establishment of organizations and operational mechanism. As to the organizations, a four level organization system of “Ministry of public security - Fire station - Detachment - Brigade - Squadron”, an unimpeded psychological aid information system, and cooperative professional medical organizations for treatment were involved. As to the operational mechanism, early warning systems, emergency systems and maintaining system should be established.
