Abstract :
The devices to transfer of load (C.C.D) are used for the realization of logical or digital function and in imagery. Thus, the fast evolution of the techniques of manufacture of the circuits on big scale integration resulted in reduction of the measurements of arrangements. This reduction makes appear of the phenomena of control of the load transfer. In this work, we were interested in the evolution of the performances electric of a C.C.D of weak measurements in the surface channel and to three phases in signals of order. Therefore, our approach consists in finalizing a model of transfer obtained by the numerical resolution of the Poisson´s equation to two measurements and the continuity equation. This model is based on the analysis of the transfer of the loads putting in play an analytic formulation approached expressing the potential of surface light and of the quantity of the loads considered.
