Abstract :
Based on analyzing features of emergency material reserve, the connotation of emergency material productivity reserve is given in this paper. Combing with the demand characteristics of emergency material, the authors build the index system of choosing emergency material productivity reserve enterprises and put forward to a choosing model based on multi-level grey evaluation. Also, the authors apply the model in some firms, and the results show that the model can scientifically choose emergency material productivity reserve enterprises, which plays important role in advancing the security ability of productivity reserve.
