Abstract :
Based on the present situation of highway tunnel operating management and the study on preventive countermeasures and safety classification theory of highway tunnel, the paper is to discuss the theoretical method about checking the safety situation of indexes term by term, which makes "0" and "1" as the calibration value of index situation. And the paper presents a decision making framework used to determine how to implement preventive safety management measures of highway tunnel, which provide theoretical basis for making the preventive maintenance plans and management countermeasures.
