Abstract :
In this paper, a new control method is proposed to improve nail collator. Developed nail collator can meet various nails. In this paper, VisSim DSP development system is used to speed the improvement of electrical control system and examine control strategy. The proposed method is proved effective by experiment. Control strategy of nail collator is flexible and meets various nails. The design and implementation of nail collator controller with high performances is reached.
