The development of logistics service enterprises is facing pressure from both resource and environment. The “External Negative Effects” in the unsustainability of logistics system structure have resulted serious impacts to the resource and eco-system. Meanwhile, the improvement of the low-carbon economy has brought great opportunities, as well as challenges, for the evolvement of capacity building of logistics service enterprises. This research, based on the comprehensive analysis of driving factors of logistics service enterprises´ capacity building evolvement, has put forward relevant strategies for the capacity building evolvement, which could make great sense to enhance the enterprises´ competitiveness and form a logistics eco-system co-existed with environment.
