  • Abstract
    Rational distribution of the railway emergency rescue center is the foundation to carry out efficient emergency rescue work of railway. The existing railway emergency rescue center in china is facing a position optimization problem, and it needs a reasonable base for emergency rescue center of high-speed railway. The theory of location and optimization railway rescue center builds hierarchical models in view of the whole Chinese Railway and each respective Railway Bureau, and the solution was obtained by choosing typical examples to solve the location and the optimal problems. By multi-dimensional comparison, the rationality and availability of the modeling result under current layout were verified.
