China´s food security situation is grim. Food safety management of existing government supervision, the lack of self-discipline, social participation is not enough and other defects. In order to solve public problems of food, government, business, community participation and interaction needs of multi-agent cooperation. This integrated network management system by the introduction of food safety management system, network control on the Construction of food safety, promote food security in many of the main mechanisms of network governance, make relevant recommendations.
