Abstract
In the present work we study the resonances of a one-dimensional potential barrier driven by an external periodic force considering the position-dependent-effective-mass PDEM formalism. We used the Floquet scattering matrix (S-matrix), to find the quasibound states of the heterostructure system. The resonance states of a periodically driven potential barrier are investigated to calculate the bound state energy of quantum barrier
