Abstract
Based on the developing of virtual water and virtual water strategy, this paper proposed virtual water strategy adaptability to quantify the influence of the implement of virtual water strategy to regional resources-economic-society-ecological system. Taking Ejinaqi as an example, this paper constructed a 20- index evaluation system, and used the AHP-GRAP method to quantitative evaluate the influence. The results showed, due to the implement of recent government project, the adaptability of Ejinaqi virtual water strategy is rising, and it had reached the highest level in 2010. Moreover, it was proved that it is necessary and feasible to use the virtual water strategy in this region.
