In order to discuss acrobatic in all the people healthy body function and to find the effect on taking acrobatics dancing as loses weight method. We start the research on effects to body ingredient and blood lipoids for youth obese feminine by acrobatics dancing. This paper equally divides 40 obese females into for the experimental group and the comparison group. We carry on 12 week-long acrobatic movement intervention to the experimental group to observe the changes of the body ingredient and the blood lipoids. We analyze the data by statistics processing and find that the body fat percentage and the body fat content drop. The results which compare with the experiment before and the comparison group have greatly difference. We find that the blood fats HDL elevates and TG,TC,LDL drop which compare with the experiment before and the comparison group have greatly difference. The acrobatics dancing could promote the metabolism of body fat decomposition. It improves body shape features to positive role. The acrobatics dancing could adjust lipid levels of youth obese women and improve the composition of blood fats. In view of the aerobics dancing for obese people treatment function, we suggest people to do acrobatics dancing so as to promote leisure sports activities in national health quality.
