  • Abstract
    The transformation of an electromagnetic wave caused by a suddenly created plasma layer with flat boundaries is considered. The operator obtained allows the transformation of the electromagnetic signal of an arbitrary source to be investigated. A model of a plasma switch in the nonstationary layer is investigated. The original software for 1D simulations of nonstationary signal propagation in the time domain is developed
