Abstract :
Aiming at interlayer bonding of various pavement structure, direct shear apparatus, direct tensile apparatus and pressure seepage apparatus have been invented and designed by ourselves, three interlayer bonding-materials have been systematically studied in order to evaluate theirs shear performance, bond performance and anti-water damage performance. Research results have determined range of optimum dosage on materials and mastered corresponding change trend of Shear strength and tensile strength, moreover, built correlation equation on shear strength and tensile strength, compared anti-permeability performance.The conclusion is SBR modified emulsion asphalt as interlayer bonding-materials can get better effect when it is used in pavement.The conclusion has been verified in practical engineering.
