Abstract :
The key process and difficulty of pipe sections prefabrication of immersed tunnel in the Zhoutouju tunneling project was analyzed firstly, including the error control of prefabricated pipe junctions in geometry size, proportioning of concrete design and production of concrete, the process of concrete construction, crack width control of concrete. Then several key technical measures, such as the organization and the management of pipe sections prefabrication, pipe dimensions control, control of unit weight of concrete, control of crack width by temperature and so on, were proposed to make sure that the quality of prefabricated pipe sections meets the requirement.
