Abstract :
Equity is essential to relief resource allocation problem. This paper formulates an optimization model for allocation of multiple relief resources to multiple affected areas with equity constraints, which aims to minimize the weighted sum of unsatisfied demand for relief resources. Greedy algorithm for the model is developed. Computational results on numerical example are analyzed.
