  • Abstract
This paper researches the slow polarization characteristics Nano BaTiO3/LDPE composite prepared via double solution method. The discharging current data were recorded wand these data were converted to frequency domain via Hamon approximation in order to get dielectric factor (epsiv"). Comparing with the spectrum curves of epsiv" in the case of different electrical field, temperature and content of nano-filler, it could be seen that the density of slow polarization of composites increased with the temperature and decreased with electrical field. It is interesting that a percolation phenomenon appeared with increasing of nano-filler content.
