Abstract :
Report of the Seventeenth Party Congress of China in particular stressed to comprehensively implement the scientific development concept in future development, which to built a moderately prosperous society raised higher and newer requirements. Therefore, we should vigorously develop clean energy and promote energy conservation in china. At the guidance of scientific development, introduced several clean energy sources, analyzed the present situation of application in china; proposed some problems and strategy in application process.
