Abstract
A program for tracing two-layer connections in rectilinear regions with possible obstacles is presented. The program is based on an algorithm which routes nets incrementally and intelligently and also manages weak and strong modifications to already routed nets. The program has routed automatically and completely several difficult examples (including Burstein´s switchbox example) by using only 22 columns and without any wire overlapping
