Abstract :
The supply chain, substituting single enterprise, has been the main part of the increasingly competitive market. With its competitive advantage, its complexity reinforces and uncertainty increases, making the management and control more difficult. So, the performance evaluation to supply chain is important to the operating and managing of supply chain, and has great significance to improve supply chain management. On the basis of analyzing inputs and outputs of supply chain, this article divides the performance evaluation system into four parts: economical property, reliability, ability to develop, environmental property, and establishes DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) model to evaluate the performance of supply chain. At last, through empirical analysis, we test and verify the validity of this method.
