Abstract :
Global climate change has become a severe challenge faced by human beings, which is the major hindrance in realizing the goal of global sustainable development. The main reason is that much greenhouse gas is released in consuming energy and the city is the source of giving off greenhouse gas. Low-carbon city planning is a key technology for the development of low carbon cities. This paper analyzes the connotation of low carbon city planning, and expatiated on the necessity and imminence of research on the relationship between city planning and climate change. Next, a variety of multiple perspectives analysis are proposed under reinforcing city planning low carbonization and systematized. Based on which, the paper puts forward a new innovation system of China´s low carbon city planning from three aspects including target system of low carbon city planning, planning contents and achievements, enforcement guarantee system of low carbon city planning.
