This paper analyzes the stock ownership incentive scheme released before the 30 June 2010 of the high-tech enterprise of China based on the human resource strategy. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the stock options of the high-tech enterprise, and the influencing factor of this new developed human resources incentive strategy of the high-tech enterprises. Besides, the paper analyzes the impact of the economic crisis on the high-tech enterprises compensation and the equity incentive system influence.
