Abstract :
The line loss manager in power system often forge because of large potential benefits, In order to avoid falsification, this paper created a model as the post rotation mechanism. By applicating, it is proved to be practical and effective in solving the problem. Finally, the article gives out the discussion about developing trend of this model.
