Abstract :
Experiments of the fire-resistance and static loading tests before and after fire were carried out to study the mechanical behaviors of simple-supported reinforced ceramsite concrete beams. Compared with the beams before fire, the bending and shear capabilities of beams after fire all reduced in different degrees. The nonlinear FEM simulation was done for the bending experiment of the beam before fire. As a whole, the FEM analysis fitted well with the experimental results.
