Abstract :
Organizations have to provide network segments to connect visitors´ computers to the Internet. We call such a network PAN (Public Access Network). You must consider both network security and user´s convenience in the case of PAN building. When a computer is connected with PAN, it is desirable that it can be used with the environment that is the same as usual. In this paper, we propose PANS to satisfy the above requirements. PANS is the system that controls the condition of the connection to the network automatically corresponding to the user of the computer and the use conditions
