Information technology outsourcing as a strategic decision has become an effective way that more and more enterprises reduce costs and create their own core competencies with outside help. Paper based on the “distance ” perspective, put forward and studied the effects of the key factors in information technology outsourcing and its impact mechanism, creating an information technology outsourcing model from the factors.
