Colleges are the focus of attention, the occurrence of unexpected events university will not only endanger the personal safety of students, and it will affect the harmony and stability. Ideological and political work as the Chinese Communist Party´s fine tradition and political advantage in the emergency lifeline role play, which occurred before the incident occurred in the power play after they have occurred.
