Abstract :
Abstracting time effect deformation of dam based on wavelet analysis was studied, as well as establishing Logistic model of time effect deformation. The steady value of time effect deformation was obtained by Logistic model. The time effect deformation rate was introduced into dam safety monitoring creatively. The case study indicates that working behavior of dam can be reflected clearly and that a new early warning method can be developed by means of the steady value and time effect deformation rate.
