Abstract :
This paper deals with bubble-triggered breakdown phenomena in cryogenic liquids of pool-cooled superconducting (SC) apparatus. The bubble observations and breakdown voltage measurements which were conducted by using various electrode configurations from the standpoint of practical insulation design approach in Kyushu University are reviewed briefly.
