Notice of Retraction

The construction of spreading service system of agricultural technology is the basic way to increase the income of peasants, as well as the significant measure to enhance the agricultural comprehensive production capacity. The construction is also the industrial basis of the socialist rural development, and especially is of urgency and vitality in the knowledge economy era. The service system of the agricultural technology should be spread by means of the application of information technology, creative technology and media technology to set up a public information service platform for spreading the agricultural technology, and should be combined with the construction of agricultural information, agricultural corporation organization and the socialist rural development.
