As time passes by, old buildings of some colleges and universities in Guangzhou have to confront with architectural problems like aging phenomenon of structure, out of repair, vacancy, and abandonment. It has been now a very important subject for many colleges and universities that how to protect and utilize those historical buildings to the outmost extent.
