Abstract :
This paper analyses the capabilities of oscillation test techniques applied to an operational amplifier with fault injection capabilities. The related effect of catastrophic and parametric defects (bridges open and shorts) have been analyzed. Results show that these techniques provides high fault coverage levels, regarding that different test observables have been used.
