Abstract :
The deformation, internal forces and stress of throttle slice of shock absorber were analyzed, the mathematical model of stress was found through the relation of stress with the deformation. Followed is a practical example of stress analytic computation, together with other approximate methods by machine design book and by ANSYS, compared the results of stress computation, and analyzed the declination to the new method. The results show that the stress model and analytic computation method is accurate enough, can be used to compute the stress at any radius position of single throttle slice of shock absorber.
