Abstract :
According to the climate characteristics of Handan, the existing residential building in Handan is studied and present characteristics of the existing residential building are analyzed in order to improve residential environment and condition, reduce energy consumption of existing residential buildings in cold regions and realize sustainable development. Practical technology and methods from the wall, roof, windows and balcony are put forward to provide basis and reference in terms of economy and energy-saving policy and scheme optimization of existing residential building.
