Abstract
On considering of the uncertainty road condition and the flexibility of the destination choice, one-destination evacuation (ODE) concept is proposed. Based on the concept of ODE, a virtual destination point is set onto the real evacuation network model, with virtual links leading from each real-world destination point to. This way, the optimal destination and route assignment can be determined by solving a one-destination (1D) traffic assignment problem on a modified network representation, not a multi-destination (nD) one.
