Abstract :
For customer care one should utilizes the best of both business technologies (e.g., call centers and intelligent network) to develop an integrated solution. The integration of intelligent network and call center technologies improves efficiency, reliability, availability, speed to market and customer satisfaction. It also enhances existing service capabilities as well as opening the door to service offerings previously unavailable. This in turn allows wholesale and retail offering of technology to both drive down costs while at the same time boost revenue opportunities
