Abstract :
There is proposed method of integral nonlinearity identification of conversion characteristic of analog to digital converters (ADC) in this paper, which is based on error compensation of voltage divider after conversion results processing. Also there is presented some results of investigation of sigma-delta ADC by proposed method.
